Home Infusion Pharmacist – Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Location: Jonesboro, AR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
On-Call Requirement: Every Third Weekend
Position Type: 3–6 Month Contract-to-Hire
A leading home infusion pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join its team in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This position is ideal for pharmacists with recent IV experience who enjoy a clinical, patient-centered environment and are interested in a long-term career opportunity.
Job Responsibilities
Review and verify IV medication orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Compound sterile medications and assist with clean room operations as needed.
Evaluate laboratory data and apply clinical judgment to support patient care.
Work closely with pharmacy staff and healthcare providers to optimize therapy outcomes.
Support daily pharmacy operations and other clinical functions as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Active Arkansas Pharmacist license in good standing.
At least 1 year of recent IV pharmacy experience.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to interpret lab values.
Flexibility to assist across multiple pharmacy functions.
Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
