Clinical Home Infusion Pharmacist – Contract to Hire

Location: Jonesboro, AR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
On-Call: Every 3rd Weekend
Duration: 3–6 Month Contract-to-Hire

We are seeking a Clinical Home Infusion Pharmacist to join a growing home infusion team in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with strong IV and clinical experience who is looking for a contract-to-hire position with long-term potential.

Responsibilities
Verify IV medication orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and compound sterile IV medications as needed.
Review and interpret laboratory results to support clinical decision-making.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacy staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Assist with additional clinical pharmacy duties and medication management activities.

Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Arkansas Pharmacist license.
Minimum of 1 year of recent IV pharmacy experience required.
Strong clinical skills, including lab value interpretation.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing clinical needs.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
