RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead sterile compounding operations for a growing closed-door compounding pharmacy in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for a pharmacist with strong sterile compounding knowledge, regulatory expertise, and leadership experience who is prepared to take ownership of pharmacy operations and compliance.
The PIC will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, overseeing sterile compounding operations, developing and enforcing pharmacy standards, and supporting the continued growth and development of the organization.
