Pharmacy Retail Supervisor – IHS
Peridot, AZ | Full-Time | Local or Travel | 13+ Week Contract
Looking for a pharmacist leadership opportunity where you can make a real impact? RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Retail Supervisor for an Indian Health Services facility in Peridot, Arizona.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with 8-hour shifts. Contracts are 13+ weeks, with many assignments extended for pharmacists interested in staying longer. Local candidates are preferred, but travelers are welcome to apply.
What We’re Looking For:
Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license; Arizona preferred
BS Pharmacy or PharmD
5 years of pharmacy experience preferred
2+ years of management experience
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
AHA BLS certification within 30 days of hire
You’ll oversee daily pharmacy operations, staff development, inventory, compliance, quality improvement, and overall department performance.
