We are seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to join a specialty compounding pharmacy specializing in bespoke pharmaceutical preparations—personalized compounds tailored to individual patient needs.

Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
OR 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Possible shift after training: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Important: Candidates should be aware that the 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM shift may be assigned after training is completed.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure compounded sterile and non-sterile preparations are accurate and comply with master formula worksheets.
Follow SOPs and pharmacy policies to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Ensure compliance with USP <795>, USP <797>, and USP <800> guidelines.
Ensure cleaning and garbing procedures are performed according to company policies.
Perform pharmaceutical calculations and complete required documentation.
Operate production equipment accurately according to policies and procedures.
Ensure proper aseptic techniques are utilized.
Prepare work areas thoroughly prior to production.
Operate and monitor technical and computerized equipment while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure the quality, purity, and potency of compounded medications.
Conduct quality-control testing and inspections to verify compounded preparations.
Stay informed about new compounding techniques, formulations, and technologies.
Participate in continuous learning and professional development related to compounding pharmacy practices.
Provide patient care and counseling regarding compounded, prescription, and OTC medications.
Required Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License required.
Recent pharmacy experience required.
Sterile Compounding experience required.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and patient safety.
Excellent attendance and reliability are essential.
