I’m currently recruiting for a Retail Pharmacist in Texas to cover a maternity leave. This is a great short-term opportunity for a pharmacist looking for a flexible weekday schedule in a traditional retail setting.
Assignment: December 2026 – February 2027
Schedule: Flexible shifts between 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
Shorter shifts may also be available.
Responsibilities:
Final prescription verification
Patient counseling
Answer pharmacist-related calls and prescription questions
Provide medication information on dosing, interactions, and side effects
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations
Support daily retail pharmacy operations
Requirements:
Active and current Texas Pharmacist license
1+ year of recent retail pharmacy experience
Note: This location does not perform vaccinations or MTMs.
