Pharmacy Technician - South Portland, Maine

A pharmacy technician position is available for a 13-week contract in South Portland, ME, with an immediate start. This role requires working Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., including rotating weekends.

Responsibilities include filling prescriptions under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, prepackaging medication for dispensing while adhering to regulatory standards, and assisting in the final checking process. The technician will also coordinate accurate and timely delivery of medications to customers, support inventory management tasks such as receiving, rotating stock, and maintaining lot and expiration documentation. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in collaboration with the Technician Supervisor, including equipment checks for calibration and safety, is also required.

This role specifically involves fulfillment technician duties and does not include making IVs.
