Pharmacy Technician Data Entry | Days | Indianapolis, IN
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join a growing Mail Order/Specialty Pharmacy team. This is a Monday–Friday day shift opportunity with the potential to transition into a direct hire role.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
(Occasional evenings or weekends may be needed based on workload)
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound patient/client calls and provide excellent customer support
• Process prescription orders and complete accurate data entry
• Verify insurance information and assist with order processing
• Communicate with patients, providers, pharmacists, and internal teams
• Assist with inventory coordination and order fulfillment
• Maintain a high level of service while ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician License
• Pharmacy Technician experience required
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Healthcare management or customer service certifications are a plus
