Pharmacy Manager
PHARMACY MANAGER
We’re seeking a full-time Pharmacy Manager for a permanent retail pharmacy opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience overseeing pharmacy operations, staff, prescription accuracy, and customer service.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD
Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
Strong pharmacy leadership and staff management skills
Retail pharmacy experience preferred
Schedule:
Full-time
Variable day/afternoon shifts
Shifts typically range from 10–12 hours
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
Ensure prescription accuracy through Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance
Supervise, train, coach, and develop pharmacy staff
Manage inventory, ordering, and department operations
Support pharmacy programs, including immunizations and MTM when applicable
Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints
Maintain pharmacy security and regulatory compliance
Communicate with physicians regarding prescriptions and customer needs
Monitor department performance and operational metrics
Prioritize daily tasks, including inventory management, cycle counts, and will-call
