Multi-Licensed Staff Pharmacist Nashville, Tennessee

We are seeking a driven and motivated Staff Pharmacist to join a specialty pharmacy team in Nashville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who is looking to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with a growing company.

Multiple state pharmacy licenses are required. An Arkansas license is highly preferred, but candidates with multiple active state licenses are encouraged to apply.

Job Duties
Clinical Patient Management
Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other conditions requiring infused medications.
Support patients receiving complex specialty therapies.
Therapy-Specific Expertise
Manage factor replacement therapies, emicizumab, and other specialty medications.
Support subcutaneous and IV infusion therapies for chronic conditions.
Patient Education & Empowerment
Educate patients and families on medication administration, side-effect management, adherence, and safe medication handling in the home.
Coordination of Care
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and in-house care coordinators to support patient care.
Benefits & Access Navigation
Work with reimbursement specialists to navigate insurance requirements.
Assist with prior authorizations and identifying financial assistance programs.

Requirements

Active Tennessee Pharmacist License required.
Multiple active state pharmacist licenses required.
Arkansas Pharmacist License is highly preferred.
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
CareTend experience is a major plus.
Strong work ethic and a driven, growth-oriented mindset.
