A community health center is seeking an experienced Director of Pharmacy to provide strategic leadership across outpatient pharmacy services. This role will focus on strengthening operations, clinical services, financial performance, and compliance while expanding the impact of pharmacy programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Direct daily outpatient pharmacy operations, staffing, workflow, inventory, and quality initiatives.
Oversee and optimize the 340B Drug Pricing Program, including compliance and audit readiness.
Manage pharmacy budgets, financial performance, contract pharmacy operations, and revenue growth.
Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and maintain compliance with all applicable regulations.
Collaborate with executive and clinical leadership to support patient-centered care and improved medication access.
Lead pharmacy staff recruitment, development, and performance management.
Oversee medication safety, therapy optimization, formulary management, and quality programs.
Stay current on pharmacy regulations, industry trends, and emerging best practices.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
7+ years of outpatient pharmacy supervisory experience.
3+ years of outpatient 340B experience in an FQHC/HRSA/AAAHC environment.
Strong leadership, operational, and regulatory knowledge.
Preferred certifications: BCACP, 340B University On-Demand, or 340B Advanced Operations Certificate (ACE).

Starting salary: $138,250+, based on experience.
