A community health center is seeking an experienced Director of Pharmacy to lead outpatient pharmacy services and drive operational, clinical, and financial excellence. This role will play a key part in expanding pharmacy access while ensuring strong regulatory compliance, particularly with the HRSA 340B Drug Pricing Program.

Key Responsibilities
Lead outpatient pharmacy operations, including staffing, workflow, inventory, and quality initiatives.
Oversee the 340B program, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and program optimization.
Manage pharmacy financial performance, budgeting, contract pharmacy operations, and revenue opportunities.
Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.
Partner with executive and clinical leadership to support patient-centered care and population health initiatives.
Lead recruitment, development, and performance management of pharmacy staff.
Provide oversight of medication safety, therapy optimization, formulary management, and quality programs.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
7+ years of outpatient pharmacy supervisory experience.
3+ years of outpatient 340B experience within an FQHC/HRSA/AAAHC environment.
Strong leadership, operational, financial, and regulatory experience.
Preferred: BCACP, 340B University On-Demand, or 340B Advanced Operations Certificate (ACE).
