Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive oversight of pharmacy operations within the facility • Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for the site ensuring regulatory compliance • Lead and manage pharmacy staff to optimize medication safety and distribution • Utilize RX Connect for medication management and documentation processes • Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care initiatives in the LTAC setting
Qualifications & Desired Experience: • Current California pharmacist license is required • Proven experience serving as a Director of Pharmacy within California healthcare facilities • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage pharmacy operations effectively • Familiarity with LTAC hospital pharmacy needs and compliance standards • Proficiency using RX Connect or similar pharmacy IT systems is preferred
