A full-time Pharmacy Manager position is available in Burnham, PA at a retail pharmacy setting, offering a direct hire opportunity with an immediate start. This role involves variable day and afternoon shifts, providing flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities include maintaining a collaborative relationship with the store operations team, driving associate engagement, and communicating department and company strategies. You will ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions by completing Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Managing the pharmacy department to build a profitable business and promote script growth through clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is essential. Inventory control and maximizing profits through effective stock management are also key duties. You'll be responsible for aligning performance objectives with department metrics and delivering excellent customer service, including healthcare counseling.

Supervising pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff by directing training, coaching, and discipline forms a core part of the role. Maintaining pharmacy security, handling customer complaints, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring the pharmacy remains organized and well-maintained are critical.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD, possess a current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License, and a Pennsylvania Immunization License.
