Staff Pharmacist - Ventura, CA

Soliant is seeking a Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity located in Ventura, CA on behalf of an inpatient pharmacy. This opportunity is open to pharmacists with current hospital experience.

Position Details:
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 3-6 months (contract-to-hire)
• Shifts: Variable 8 or 10-hour shifts. Including swing shifts, some weekends, and some holidays

• Requirements:
- California Pharmacist License: Must be active and in hand at time of submission – firm requirement
- Inpatient/hospital experience
- Experience with Cerner is preferred but we can train

• Responsibilities:
- Medication Order Review, Medication Dispensing, Medication Reconciliation
- Clinical Pharmacy Services
- Patient Safety, Patient & Healthcare Staff Education
- Dose Adjustment & Monitoring
- Documentation & Reporting
- Compliance with Regulations
