Responsibilities:
Perform final verification of compounded prescriptions before dispensing.
Review prescriptions for clinical appropriateness, dosage accuracy, and potential drug interactions.
Verify patient information, formulation integrity, and prescription labeling.
Ensure prescriptions meet applicable regulatory and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Active Texas pharmacist license in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience.
Closed-door pharmacy experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
