We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a retail pharmacy opportunity in West Caldwell, New Jersey. This position is ideal for a customer-focused technician who enjoys working in a community pharmacy environment and supporting patients with their medication needs.

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists with daily retail pharmacy operations
Enter and process prescription information accurately
Prepare and dispense medications under pharmacist supervision
Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
Manage prescription refills and patient inquiries
Process insurance claims and resolve billing issues
Maintain inventory and stock medications as needed
Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
Support workflow efficiency and pharmacy organization
Maintain accurate patient and prescription records
Required Qualifications
Active New Jersey Pharmacy Technician Registration (or ability to obtain)
Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred
Retail pharmacy experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with pharmacy software systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Rx30 pharmacy software
Insurance processing and prescription billing experience
Strong retail pharmacy workflow knowledge
