Pharmacy Technician Trenton, MI

RPh on the Go is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Pharmacy Technician to join a growing mail-order, non-sterile compounding pharmacy in Grosse Ile, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy technician who enjoys interacting with patients and wants to be part of a collaborative pharmacy team.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming patient and client calls with professionalism and compassion.
Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently.
Assist with shipping and order fulfillment.
Support inventory control and stock management.
Work closely with pharmacists and other pharmacy staff to ensure excellent patient care.
Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive experience for every patient.
Work Environment
Mail-order, non-sterile compounding pharmacy
Patient-facing role with regular phone interactions
Supportive and team-oriented workplace

Qualifications

Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician license
Previous pharmacy technician experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping patients
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends

Strong potential for permanent employment based on performance
