Key Responsibilities: • Perform sterile compounding tasks adhering to pharmacy procedures and safety standards
• Prepare medications accurately for mail order fulfillment
• Follow USP guidelines and pharmacy protocols meticulously
• Ensure precise labeling, packaging, and thorough documentation
• Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to support daily workflow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of compounding areas in compliance with regulations
• Comply with all state, federal, and pharmacy regulations

Qualifications and Experience:
• Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) designation mandatory
• Proven experience in sterile compounding required
• Previous experience in mail order or compounding pharmacies preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work second shift, Monday to Friday
