An established non-sterile compounding mail-order pharmacy is seeking a licensed Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for a direct hire opportunity based in Gilbert, AZ or West Egg Township/Galloway, NJ. This is a working PIC role combining hands-on dispensing, patient counseling, pharmacy operations, and regulatory compliance. This direct hire position offers an annual compensation package ranging approximately $145K–$156K based on experience and licensure. Interviews will begin the week of 8/24, with the target start date 2–3 weeks following an offer.
