A reputable home respiratory and medical equipment company is expanding its shipping operations into North Dakota and requires a licensed Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to support regulatory compliance. This opportunity entails holding and posting your North Dakota license as PIC for the operation, with no active pharmacy dispensing duties involved.

Position Location: Remote
Additional Travel: Occasional travel to Massachusetts for site visits, potentially monthly or quarterly
Employment Type: Contract, ongoing with flexible monthly fee or direct hire options

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain active North Dakota Pharmacist in Charge license posting to fulfill state regulatory requirements
  • Serve as the official PIC for the shipping operation, overseeing compliance related to diabetes supplies, respiratory equipment, and medication shipments into and out of North Dakota
  • Coordinate with company leadership to ensure licensing and documentation remain current
  • Participate in occasional site visits to Massachusetts as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • Active and clear North Dakota Pharmacist License in good standing is mandatory
  • Previous experience serving as Pharmacist in Charge preferred
