A nationally recognized pediatric hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead and advance inpatient pharmacy services.
About the Pharmacy: The inpatient pharmacy department delivers evidence-based pharmaceutical care, collaborating closely with physicians and interprofessional teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology, the department supports a variety of inpatient areas including Rehab, PICU, NICU, Acute Care, and Oncology. Services extend to specialty clinics such as Oncology, Hematology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology/CF, Endocrinology, Neurology, and Cardiology. Pharmacists are engaged in clinical protocols for antibiotic monitoring, anticoagulation, IV to oral conversion, and renal dosing, along with Emergency Department support and parenteral nutrition management.
