Pharmacy Technician – Home Infusion / IV Infusion

Looking for an experienced pharmacy technician with a background in home infusion and IVIG therapy? This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing infusion pharmacy team in a hands-on role supporting patients receiving specialized treatment at home!
Schedule & Details:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Full-time in-person
What You’ll Do:
Prepare sterile compounded medications under pharmacist supervision
Support IV and home infusion medication preparation
Prepare IVIG and other specialty infusion therapies
Label, package, and prepare medications and supplies for dispensing
Follow proper aseptic technique and USP <797>/<800> standards
Prepare medication and supply orders for home infusion patients
Maintain accurate pharmacy and patient documentation
Collaborate closely with pharmacists, nurses, and the broader infusion team
Requirements:
Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
Previous home infusion or infusion pharmacy experience required
IVIG experience required
Previous sterile IV compounding experience
Knowledge of aseptic technique and USP <797> standards
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
PTCB/CPhT certification preferred
