RPh on the Go is seeking a qualified Home Infusion Pharmacist for a direct-hire opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with hospital or home infusion experience who is interested in providing specialized pharmacy care.
Position Details:
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Location: New York
Responsibilities:
Perform IV medication verification to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
Supervise pharmacy technicians and support daily pharmacy operations.
Contact patients to coordinate care and address medication-related needs.
Help ensure safe and accurate preparation and dispensing of infusion medications.
Requirements:
Current, active New York pharmacist license.
Previous hospital or home infusion pharmacy experience.
IV compounding experience or knowledge is a significant plus.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
