A specialized outpatient infusion pharmacy in Philadelphia is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician with expertise in both retail and infusion settings. This role supports the preparation of IV admixtures for patients undergoing complex therapies such as cancer treatment, multiple sclerosis, infectious diseases, and dermatologic conditions. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team focused on patient safety and high-quality care.

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Position Type: Onsite | Local candidates only
Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8.5-hour shifts

    • Responsibilities:

  • Prepare IV admixtures and infusion therapies accurately and safely according to established protocols
  • Support patients receiving complex infusion treatments
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Manage inventory and documentation related to outpatient infusion pharmacy operations

    • Qualifications:

  • Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential or PTCB certification required
  • Proven retail pharmacy experience
  • Prior infusion pharmacy experience highly preferred
  • Experience in IV admixture preparation is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
  • Ability to work a full Monday through Friday schedule
  • Must be local to the Philadelphia area and able to work onsite
