Soliant Health is seeking pharmacy technicians for an opportunity to work within a call center environment! This is a good opportunity if looking for a new environment to gain new experiences and knowledge!
Schedule:
• Mon-Fri; 2:00PM-10:30PM
• Rotation of weekends is required for all shifts
Job Responsibilities:
• Enter new and refill medication orders into the pharmacy software system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Track delivery status of medication.
• Endure order entry is meeting its commitments for pharmacy run times and exceed expectations.
• Provide superior level of customer service while consulting telephonically with customers regarding medication orders
• Monitor reports to identify medication orders requiring attention and resolve the identified concern.
• IT: Frameworks software
Requirements:
• Active and clear Arizona Pharmacist (RPh) license
• PTCB license
• Call center and/or data entry experience is highly preferred.
