A veterinary compounding pharmacy seeking a dedicated clinical pharmacist to join a dynamic team. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers an immediate start for a professional with expertise in equine or veterinary/animal compounding and a passion for exceptional animal patient care.
In this key leadership role, the pharmacist will supervise a team of 3 to 4 pharmacy technicians, ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and quality standards, and oversee the verification of prescriptions and daily workflow. Managing and reviewing 25 to 30 regularly reordered formularies will be an important responsibility, along with assisting with inventory and operational oversight as needed.
