A growing medical center in a vibrant college town seeks experienced Clinical Pharmacists to support patient care across multiple acute care settings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and verify medication orders with precision and review medication profiles to ensure safety and appropriateness.
  • Provide clinical services tailored to the unique needs of the patient population in ED and ICU settings.
  • Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team rounds, collaborating on patient care strategies.
  • Monitor drug therapy and conduct pharmacist-managed consults as per protocols.
  • Engage in acute emergency scenarios including cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, and trauma to support critical patient outcomes.
  • Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
  • Completion of PGY1 residency or at least 3 years of current clinical experience.
  • Licensed pharmacist in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Candidates without an active PA license are encouraged to apply.
  • Schedule:

  • Primarily 8-hour day shifts with some variable days or afternoon coverage.
