Staff Pharmacist - Hanover, Maryland

A Clinical Pharmacist role is available for a direct hire opportunity in Hanover, MD, designed for a professional passionate about patient-centered pharmaceutical care and medication management. This position involves working approximately 40 hours weekly with a schedule that generally follows:

Responsibilities include conducting medication therapy reviews, managing formularies, overseeing disease state management, performing drug utilization analysis, and providing education to both patients and providers. You will also lead Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) meetings, ensure regulatory compliance, foster client and provider relationships, participate in administrative meetings, and occasionally travel to client sites.
