A contract opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist in an outpatient hospital retail environment, located in Winamac, IN. This role offers a consistent day schedule of 4 to 5 days per week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with an assignment length of 8 to 13 weeks.
Responsibilities include filling medication orders accurately, verifying technician-prepared products before they are released, and maintaining the security of the pharmacy and controlled substances. You will also be responsible for entering orders and patient information with precision, utilizing the Pioneer RX system, where experience is preferred.
The pharmacy team consists of a Pharmacy Manager, one full-time pharmacist, and two full-time pharmacy technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment.
