This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Pharmacy Technician with a solid background in hospital and IV pharmacy settings. The role is based in Seattle, WA, offering a 16-week contract with an ASAP start. You will work primarily day and afternoon shifts, each lasting 8 hours, supporting pharmacy operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding, including chemotherapy preparations, following strict safety and quality protocols
  • Restock and manage inventory of Pyxis automated medication dispensing units
  • Collaborate with pharmacy and clinical teams to ensure accurate medication dispensing and patient safety
  • Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State Pharmacy Technician license
  • Approximately 2 years of current hospital or IV pharmacy experience, demonstrating strong compounding skills
  • Knowledge of sterile technique and chemotherapy compounding regulations and procedures
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant pharmacy environment
