Pharmacist in Charge - South Burlington, VT
This opportunity invites a dedicated Pharmacist In Charge to lead operations at a newly opened pharmacy serving a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The position requires a candidate available to start immediately, based near Burlington, VT, or Hanover, NH, with a work schedule of Monday through Friday.
As the Pharmacist In Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations and ensuring adherence to 340B program compliance. Your role will include supervising pharmacy technicians and maintaining exceptional communication and collaboration with internal healthcare providers, which is a cornerstone of success in this position. The ability to facilitate strong, clear, and professional provider relationships is critical — the pharmacy seeks a leader who excels beyond basic operational management to actively enhance provider collaboration.
