Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a retail pharmacy setting.

Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and staff to ensure smooth store operations.

Provide excellent patient counseling and medication therapy management.

Adhere to all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.

Participate in training and onboarding at each location.

Maintain consistent availability to support PRN staffing needs.

Float between various area locations as required to meet operational demands.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

Active Ohio pharmacist license is mandatory.

Recent retail pharmacy experience is highly preferred.

Proven ability to manage workflow in a busy pharmacy with moderate prescription volume.

Comfortable working with McKesson EnterpriseRx software.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team.

Flexibility to provide coverage across multiple sites when necessary.

Location:
Primarily Canton, OH metropolitan area, with potential to float to other locations nearby.
