Medication Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician Omaha, NE
We're currently seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for an urgent temp-to-perm opportunity with a Long-Term Care pharmacy in Omaha, Nebraska. This is a full-time Monday–Friday day shift with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have pharmacy technician experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to start ASAP.
Duties
Pack and fill medications accurately.
Fill medication packs using the pharmacy's automated robot.
Perform light data entry and maintain accurate prescription information.
Communicate with healthcare providers over the phone.
Assist with additional pharmacy operations and technician duties as needed.
Shifts
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position: Full-Time
Assignment: 12 weeks, with potential for permanent placement
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Pharmacy Setting: Long-Term Care
Contract: Signed
Pay: $18–$20/hour, based on experience
Requirements
Active Nebraska Pharmacy Technician License.
At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience.
PTCB certification preferred, but not required.
Long-Term Care pharmacy experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with healthcare providers.
Must be available to start ASAP.
