Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify medication orders for infusion therapy patients

Oversee preparation and dispensing of sterile compounded medications, ensuring accuracy and safety

Ensure compliance with USP standards and other regulatory guidelines

Provide clinical guidance and drug information to pharmacy staff and patients

Collaborate with the pharmacy team to optimize workflow and maintain patient safety

Maintain meticulous documentation to meet regulatory requirements

Schedule:

Flexible shifts, typically a few days each week; exact days confirmed as scheduling develops

Qualifications:

Active North Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing

Recent experience in infusion or home infusion pharmacy practice
