This role is designed for experienced Pharmacy Technicians with a focus on program success coordination within a Closed Door Mail Order pharmacy setting. The position begins as a full-time onsite role with a planned transition to a hybrid schedule—three days onsite and two days remote—offering a balanced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships with an understanding of broader business impacts.
  • Collaborate closely with Pharmacy and Account Management teams to ensure seamless communication and address any changes affecting patient care.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to efficiently resolve inquiries and issues related to patient care.
  • Maintain consistent communication channels to support timely and effective patient services.
  • Apply basic knowledge of dispensing systems to support operational needs.

    • Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Program Success Management or a customer service role within a pharmacy or healthcare environment.
  • Active Indiana pharmacy technician license.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a proven track record of working collaboratively across diverse organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while remaining highly organized and solution-focused.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

    • Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday with shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Options may include 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
