Job Description:

We are seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to provide coverage on an as-needed basis in the North Bay, CA area. This position is perfect for a flexible pharmacist willing to commute within the region, typically receiving 1-2 shift requests per week. Responsibilities:
- Fulfill pharmacist duties, including but not limited to dispensing medications, counseling patients, and ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations.
- Open and close the pharmacy independently, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Supervise and manage pharmacy technicians, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Accurately use pharmacy management systems to process prescriptions and manage pharmacy operations.

Requirements:
- Must hold an active Pharmacist license in the state of California.
- Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience is required, including experience with opening/closing a pharmacy and managing technicians.
- Must be comfortable commuting to various pharmacy locations in North Bay and surrounding areas.

Preferred Experience with Pharmacy Software:
- McKesson's Enterprise (ERx)
- Rx30
- EPS

Schedule:
Per diem coverage, as needed. Shifts are typically 1-2 times per week.
