We are searching for a Clinical Pharmacist for a full-time assignment. Critical access hospital(25 bed hospital), emergency department and outpatient/inpatient surgical services with Infusion Center where they mix biologics and chemo medication
Experience:Fill and dispense inpatient/outpatient medications
Verify and interpret physician orders
Maintain accurate medication profiles
Communicate with healthcare staff
Handle controlled substances and investigational drugs
Ensure compliance with hospital standards
Requirements:
PharmD required
Active Nevada Pharmacist license
Current BLS Certification
1+ year of hospital experience OR Pharmacy Residency
Acute care experience preferred
Proficient with USP 797 and USP 800 guidelines
