Travel Pharmacy Manager Perham, MN (Retail + LTC Setting)
Are you an experienced pharmacist ready for your next travel adventure? A specialty pharmacy in Perham, MN is seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Manager to join their team on a 13+ week contract. This role blends leadership with hands-on clinical care in both retail and long-term care environments.
Position Highlights:
Location: Perham, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:30pm | Rotating weekends
Assignment Length: 13+ weeks
Setting: Specialty pharmacy – mixture of retail and LTC services
Housing: Hotel accommodations fully covered
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing daily pharmacy operations and supervising staff
Dispensing and verifying prescriptions for LTC and walk-in patients
Administering immunizations and performing MTM services
Ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations
Collaborating with providers and facility staff to improve patient outcomes
Required Qualifications:
Active Minnesota Pharmacist License
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Manager or Pharmacist-in-Charge
PharmD or MTM Certification
Immunization certification
CPR certification
Proven ability to work in both retail and LTC environments
