Position Details:
Inpatient hospital pharmacy duties with a focus on oncology care
Chemotherapy order verification and support of infusion services
EPIC and Pyxis systems in use – EPIC experience is a huge plus
Collaborate with clinicians and oncology staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Enjoy a stable day-shift schedule
Ideal Candidate:
Active Hawaii Pharmacist License
Current hospital pharmacy experience (required)
Recent oncology pharmacy experience (required)
EPIC and Pyxis system experience (preferred)
