Travel Hospital Pharmacist Job Hawaii

Soliant, a leading healthcare staffing company, is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Travel Pharmacist to join a respected hospital in beautiful Hawaii. This exciting opportunity offers day shifts, an ASAP start, and a contract duration of 13 weeks or more. In this role, you will be responsible for inpatient duties. We welcome applications from newer graduates.

Responsibilities:
- Perform inpatient pharmacy duties according to established protocols and guidelines
- Verify and dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication therapy
- Monitor patient medication regimens for potential drug interactions and adverse effects
- Provide medication education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers as needed
- Maintain accurate and complete records of medication orders and patient profiles

Qualifications:
- Valid pharmacy license in the state of Hawaii (HI)
- PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to different locations as assigned
