Staff Pharmacist State College, PA

Soliant is partnering with a respected medical center in State College, PA to assist in hiring a full-time Staff Pharmacist. If you're looking to broaden your clinical experience across both inpatient and ambulatory care settings, this opportunity offers the flexibility to do both. The Director of Pharmacy is supportive of pharmacists developing their clinical strengths and growing their career in the direction they choose. Position Overview:
- Full-time, variable day/afternoon shifts (8-hour shifts, mostly days)
- Work in both inpatient/central pharmacy and ambulatory care capacities
- Participate in drug order review, dispensing, sterile compounding, and clinical monitoring
- May also manage pharmacist-led consults and collaborative care initiatives
- Support provided for professional growth and learning

Requirements:

PA pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain

BS in Pharmacy or PharmD

PGY1 or 3+ years of current clinical hospital experience preferred

Familiarity with Meditech is a plus
