Assignment Details:
Evening Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Contract Duration: 13 weeks with potential extension

Daily Volume: Approximately 1,000 prescriptions
Order Entry System: Wellsky (non-automated)
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform Pharmacist Verification 1 (PV1) and Pharmacist Verification 2 (PV2)
Conduct final verification processes
Ensure correct medications are dispensed
Validate prescription directions and information against hard copies
