Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution
Completion of a PGY1 pharmacy residency
PGY2 residency in Pediatrics or equivalent experience
Pharmacy licensure or eligibility in Indiana
Strong clinical practice skills, enthusiasm for teaching, and good interpersonal skills
