Key Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday + every 3rd weekend
Environment: Acute care/inpatient hospital
Responsibilities:
Accurately verify and dispense medications in accordance with hospital protocols
Monitor and manage patient medication therapies for safety and efficacy
Provide clinical consultations and drug information to physicians, nurses, and care teams
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes
Ideal Candidate:
Holds an active South Carolina pharmacist license (or eligible to obtain)
Has previous inpatient or clinical hospital experience (preferred)
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting
