RPh on the Go is actively seeking an Ohio-licensed Staff Pharmacist for a 13+ week contract position in Fairfield, Ohio. This position has direct hire potential. If there is any interest, please consider applying!
Schedule/Shift: 1st shift, Monday – Friday (8:00am – 4:00pm).
Responsibilities:Supervise pharmacy technicians and data entry staff to ensure accurate prescription processing, efficient workflow, pharmacy security, and timely delivery of medications.
Monitor and direct technician activities related to medication ordering and prepacking to ensure accuracy and compliance with protocols.
Review all new medication orders for appropriate dosing, potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications before dispensing.
Support proper management of controlled substances, including ordering, receiving, documentation, storage, and maintaining perpetual inventory for Schedule II medications.
Requirements: Clear and active pharmacist license in the state of Ohio.
Background in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy is a plus.
