A respected outpatient pharmacy in Lake Isabella is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Pharmacy Technician for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity. This is a local position only — remote or travel candidates will not be considered.
Position Highlights:
Outpatient/Retail pharmacy setting
Temp-to-Hire or Temp
Full-time, fast-paced environment
Direct support to pharmacists and patients
Duties Include:
Accurately process and fill prescriptions
Insurance billing and follow-up
Manage inventory and maintain records
Operate register and provide strong customer service
Float to different areas as needed
Requirements:
Active California Pharmacy Technician license required
Proven experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting
Excellent communication and computer skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
