We’re seeking a licensed pharmacist for a full-time, short-term opportunity in Newport, Oregon. This 5+ week assignment runs from mid-May through late June and offers consistent weekday hours in a retail/long-term care pharmacy setting.
Assignment Overview:
May 19 – June 20
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (some slight variations)
Total of 215 hours across the assignment
Role Responsibilities:
Dispense medications as prescribed by providers
Educate patients on medication usage and side effects
Provide high-quality customer service and medication counseling
Support operations in a retail and long-term care environment
Requirements:
Active Oregon Pharmacist License
Recent experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy required
Strong patient communication skills and attention to detail
