A well-established retail pharmacy in Lewisburg, PA is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead pharmacy operations. This is a direct hire opportunity ideal for a licensed pharmacist who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about patient care and business development.
Position Details:Setting: Retail Pharmacy
Schedule: Variable day and afternoon shifts
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations while fostering strong collaboration with store leadership
Ensure accurate dispensing through Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance in compliance with state and federal regulations
Drive script growth through clinical programs such as immunizations and MTM services
Manage inventory and ordering to meet customer needs and maximize department profitability
Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve any patient issues or concerns
Supervise, coach, and develop pharmacy staff to ensure performance standards and engagement
Maintain security, organization, and compliance across all areas of the pharmacy
Requirements:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
Current Pennsylvania Immunization Certification
Prior leadership experience in a retail setting strongly preferred
