Retail Pharmacist – Summer Coverage | Jacksonville, FL
Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Retail Pharmacist for a full-time maternity leave coverage opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. This 16–18 week assignment, and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a patient-centered retail pharmacy setting.
Position Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 16–18 weeks
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense and verify medications
Supervise pharmacy technicians and manage workflow
Provide direct patient counseling and medication education
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes
Support daily pharmacy operations with initiative and professionalism
Qualifications:
Active Florida Pharmacist License
Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience
Experience with HIV/AIDS medications is required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable with pharmacy technology; QS1 experience is a plus
